~First Week Shenanagains~

Whew! What a week! London has been absolutely fantastic! I've officially been here for a little over a week, and things could not be going better! Though my flight here was a little tricky (I left my laptop at an airport in Scotland), things have been great. I've met a ton of really great individuals who have all helped my journey here be a lot more welcoming. I have traveled all over London so far, and I am sure there is a lot more to explore.

I have inserted a few pictures here from my first week! I have been to the Buckingham Palace, which is absolutely beautiful! I have been to the Great London Eye as well. I was a little disappointed that the Big Ben is currently under construction, but I still hot to marvel at all of its glory. The food here has been fantastic! A lot better than I expected! I would highly recommend the fish and chips ;) I have an official tea party scheduled for tomorrow and I'm ecstatic about it.

I'm starting my second week, and I look forward for more to come :)

~Journey to London~

Today is the day I get to visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I am a little nervous, but mostly I am extremely excited to bring you guys along. This will be my first time abroad, and I am truly looking forward to all of the fun and invigorating events to take place in the next six weeks. All of my bags are packed, and my passport is ready to go! I wondered if I packed EVERYTHING I needed, but one of the many great things about going to London is that they offer "mostly" everything America offers. I am anxious to visit the super markets and see how they differ from American super markets. I also heard it rains a lot in the United, Kingdom, so I made sure I packed my rain boots, coats, and umbrellas! I believe this will be a life changing experience, and I am ready for the many adventures! Welcome to my Journey to London. Next stop, the airport!

Back to America

I've officially been back in America for about two weeks now, and I have experienced a little bit of reverse culture shock! Initially,...
